Treatment

We pride ourselves in meeting each client's specific needs. Treatment Solutions of South Florida utilizes resources within our staff as well as the community. Through these resources, our highly trained and experienced clinicians can offer intensive and adjunctive therapy. Treatment occurs in a relaxed, comfortable, and secure environment in which clients are provided with twenty-four hour supervision by our caring professional staff.

An extended and multi-phased continuum of care is one of the featured programs at Treatment Solutions of South Florida. When a client is making progress and staying clean and sober, we do not advocate rushing a good thing. Our services include:

• Out Patient Detox

• Detoxification from various substances will be available for each client. Each protocol is individualized and formulated according to the information collected from a Comprehensive Nursing Assessment and Evaluation, admission urine drug screen, History & Physical Assessment, Initial Psychiatric Evaluation, Clinical Interview and the intake process.

  Treatment Solutions of South Florida utilizes the Suboxone Medication Therapy, which may run anywhere from 7-14 days, depending on amount of opiates used during clients active addiction. Each client will be assigned a primary counselor that works with them to assess their needs for treatment. Both client and clinician will work together to develop an Individualized Treatment Plan. Clients and their counselor will also conduct on-going reviews of their Treatment Plan to assess the client's progress or re-direct client should they demonstrate regression.

• Residential Treatment

• Clients in our residential level of care receive services that are extremely monitored, restricted and individualized to facilitate the healing process. Clients normally continue at this level of care for approximately 7 – 14 days for evaluation and stabilization. Clients will be on a blackout phase for 7 days to assist the client in focusing on engaging into the program. The blackout phase consists of very limited phone privileges and activities based on the clients needs. Once the blackout phase has been completed and stabilization has been determined by the Medical Support Team, we will integrate the client into the core curriculum of the program.

• PHP Day/Night Treatment with Community Housing

• Clients in our PHP level of care receive comprehensive therapeutic, medical and housing services. Clients normally continue at this level of care for 30 – 60 days. The PHP level of care is focused on more intensive clinical approaches. This level of care is less restricted and allows for supervised community interaction

• Intensive Out Patient Treatment

• Our Intensive Outpatient Program allows for a minimum of 5 hours of group therapy per day. The amount of days per week necessary is calculated by medical and clinical necessity. Clients continue at this level of care for a minimum of 30 days. At this level of care our clients have limited restrictions which are based on the client's needs.

• Aftercare/Alumni which includes:
  • Structured Sober Living Environment
  • Continued support from the community
  • Continued support from our clinical staff

The support our clients receive at Treatment Solutions of South Florida does not end at the time of discharge. We support the attendance of Day/Night treatment and actively participating in the community that surrounds the treatment center. Our Aftercare/Alumni program promotes a home-like atmosphere with continued support from the community and clinical staff. For those individuals needing to return home after completing our intensive residential phase, we will assist them with finding quality aftercare.

Treatment is only the beginning of developing a program of recovery. A daily connection to a recovering lifestyle is essential!
