  • Driver's License, Passport or Government Issued Photo ID
  • Health Insurance ID Card / Prescriptions Card
  • Personal Money / Pharmacy Money
  • Paperwork for Disability
  • Paperwork for Court
  • The names, addresses, and phone numbers of health care professionals, family members and anyone else you would like to have involved in your treatment.
  • Be prepared to have to pay additional fees at the airport for extra baggage. Average $25 for each additional checked bag.

Clothing

  • Patients should pack two weeks of casual clothing. Jeans, shorts, slacks, a light jacket, sweater or sweatshirt. Workout / gym attire. One piece swimsuit or trunks. Bathrobe, slippers, pajamas.
  • Shoes for everyday use
  • Flip-flops for the pool / beach
  • Sneakers for the gym

Shoes, shirts and appropriate undergarments are required at all times.

No short shorts/skirts, see through tops, tank tops & anything that shows your midriff.

Only mid-thigh shorts may be worn. Hats and sunglasses are to be worn outside only. No obscene or drug / alcohol promoting t-shirts / hats, etc.

Bring what you are comfortable in. Your clothing should reflect a healthy attitude toward recovery. Laundry facilities and detergent are provided at no additional cost.

Etc.

  • Residents may bring their favorite blanket and pillows if they wish (although we supply them as well).
  • Bring items that make you feel comfortable and safe such as pictures or stuffed animals.
  • Beach Towel
  • Stationery and stamps. Personal address book
  • Cigarettes (If you smoke, you must bring sealed and packaged cartons.)

Medication

  • A list of all your medications and dosages.
  • Any prescription medication must be in their original bottles with original label including the prescription number, original date ordered, pharmacy name and doctor’s name.

Medications that are renewed or newly ordered will come from a local pharmacy and payment is the client’s responsibility.

The following items are considered CONTRABAND.

  • Aerosol Sprays
  • Any item containing alcohol (hairspray, mouthwash, cleaning supplies etc....)
  • Anything containing bleach
  • Cameras
  • Hair Dye
  • Hair clippers
  • Straight Razors
  • Computers
  • Cell Phones
  • Game Systems (Playstation, Gameboy, Nintendo, etc...)
  • Lottery Tickets
  • Playing Cards
  • Pornography
  • Sex paraphernalia
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons
  • Energy Drinks
  • Perfumes and Colognes
  • Books or Magazines
